TERMS & CONDITIONS -
1. The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respect can submit their application only through ON-LINE mode. The On-line applications can be submitted through NIMHANS web site http://www.nimhans.ac.in. from 18.10.2023 to 18.11.2023 upto 4.30 P.M. No documents of on-line application form are required to be sent in Physical form. However, all the applicants are advised to keep a copy of online Application with them, along with proof of payment for their record. Correction in application will not be considered through any mode i.e. Email/letter. Hence, candidates are advised to fill their Online Application form carefully as no correction will be allowed once application is submitted.
2. The On-line portal for application will be closed by 4.30 P.M on 18.11.2023. The candidature of such applicants who fail to complete the online application by the stipulated date and time will not be considered. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
3. The candidate must ensure that images of the photo and signature should be as per the guidelines mentioned in the ‘Upload Image Instructions’ given in the General links and are clearly visible in preview at the time of filling of application in online mode. If photo/signature is not as per instructions given in the ‘Upload Image Instructions’ in that case, your application will be rejected. Due diligence and care should be taken while uploading images of photo and signature.
4. Candidates belonging to reserved category such as SC, ST & OBC may also apply for the vacancies notified against UR without any relaxation in respect of Age as per Government of India, DoPT O.M No. 36011/1/98-Estt.(Res) dated 01.07.1998.
5. Age relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC/ PWD/ EX-Serviceman candidates and Government Servants In-service (Central Civil Employees only) as per G.O.I rules. The candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EX-Serviceman have to submit relevant, latest certificate/s in the prescribed form issued by the Competent Authority (Candidates applying under OBC Category should produce OBC Certificate in Annexure – A format enclosed).
6. The number of vacancies / category-wise vacancies may vary or likely to change.
7. Educational qualification certificates/Category Certificates etc. must be submitted as required by the respective Institute on the day of document verification, failing which candidature will be cancelled and no additional time will be allowed for submission.
8. The detailed information viz. (date of uploading of Status of application, date of uploading of Admit Card etc.) related to conduct of Examination and its result will be uploaded in due course of time in the website www.nimhans.ac.in.candidates are advised to download their Admit Card from NIMHANS website: www.nimhans.ac.in.as no admit card will be sent by post.
9. The candidates are advised to bring Admit Card downloaded from NIMHANS website at the time of Eligibility Test and hand over the same to the invigilator after completing the Examination, failing which their candidature /performance in the Eligibility Test will not be considered.
10. The original certificate /documents of qualified candidates will be verified by NIMHANS for which dates will be notified. On the basis of Eligibility Test, the provisionally qualified candidates will be required to produce original certificates as given below along with one photocopy of all these documents which are, duly attested/self-attested. Document required are: (i) copy of downloaded On-line application form. (ii) Copy of downloaded Admit Card. (iii) Certificates showing the Date of Birth. (iv)Caste certificate/Income & Asset Certificate as applicable if applied under SC/ST/OBC/EWS category issued by the Competent Authority. (v) Disability Certificate, if applied under PwBD category. (vi) Certificate from competent Authority in case where age relaxation has been sought for the basis other than caste / PwBD. (vii) ‘No Objection Certificate’ if in regular employment. (viii) Education qualification (ix) INC/State Nursing Council registration (x) Experience Certificate, (xi) Online Payment Slip (xii) any other certificate as required to Submit.
11. Those who are in employment with state/Central Government /PSU, must submit a “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” from the employer at the time of verification of documents or as asked to upload. Failure to submit/upload NOC by due date will lead to cancellation of candidature. Under special circumstances submission of proof of acceptance of resignation by the current employer and proper relieving letter in original from respective employer may be considered at the time of joining as implied NOC.
12. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
13. Any dispute in regard to any matter referred to herein shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru Courts only.
14. In anticipation of the huge number of applicants, scrutiny of the eligibility criteria etc, may not be undertaken at the time of Recruitment Examination. Therefore, the applications are accepted provisionally only. The candidates are advised to go through the requirements of educational qualification, age etc. and satisfy themselves that they are eligible as per recruitment rules of respective Institute, before applying. Candidature will be cancelled at any stage if any information or claim is not found substantiated including when the scrutiny of documents is undertaken by NIMHANS.
Based on the declaration made by the candidate in their Online Application form, they will be provisionally declared eligible to appear for Recruitment test. However, a preliminary scrutiny will be made based on information provided in the application form before declaration of score. All Selection will be made in order of merit. Qualified /Selected candidates are subject to multi stage document verification by NIMHANS. If anyone is found not fulfilling the prescribed qualification / experience and any other eligibility criteria as per the advertisement/Recruitment Rules, at any stage of recruitment process, his/her candidature will be treated as cancelled without any further notice and post will be forfeited.
